Halloween Cocktails

Bloody Mary

Ingredients (1 glass)
- 4.5 cl vodka
- 9 cl tomato juice
- 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
- Ice cubes
- 1 celery stalk, a slice of lemon, gherkins and olives for garnish
Preparation
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and black pepper.
- Shake the shaker well to mix the ingredients.
- Pour into a large glass without straining the ice.
- Garnish with a celery stick and, if desired, a slice of lemon, gherkins and olives.

Zombie cocktail

Ingredients (1 glass)
- 30 ml white rum
- 30 ml spiced rum
- 30 ml dark rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml passion fruit syrup
- 3 dashes of bitter orange
- 15 ml grenadine
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients except the grenadine in a shaker. Shake well to mix the ingredients.
- Add two handfuls of ice cubes and shake until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Pour the grenadine into the glass using a spoon: it will sink to the bottom.

Poison Apple

Ingredients (1 glass)
- 45 ml vodka
- 20 ml apple liqueur
- 150 ml tonic water
- A few drops of green food colouring
- Ice cubes
- Black grapes
Preparation
- Pour the vodka, liqueur and food colouring into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice cubes and shake well for approx. 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass through a strainer.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Serve with a few grapes and a thin slice of apple.
