Ingredients (1 glass)
- 50 ml Havana Club Rum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 15 ml Morand cane syrup
- 2-3 drops Angostura Bitter Apéritif 44.7°
- Henniez sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and a sprig of mint
Preparation
- Gently muddle the mint leaves in a glass with the cane syrup using a pestle.
- Add the lime juice, Havana Club Rum, and the drops of Angostura Bitter. Stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
