Whisky Sour

Ingredients (1 glass)

  • 50 ml Ballantine's Finest Whisky
  • 20 ml Michel lemon juice
  • 20 ml Morand cane syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitter
  • Ice cubes

 

Preparation

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and set aside.
  2. Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice cubes and all the ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes and add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Parmesan crisps

  • 200 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Espelette pepper
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Other spices of your choice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place small piles of grated Parmesan cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Sprinkle with your choice of spices. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool before removing.
