Ingredients (1 glass)
- 50 ml Ballantine's Finest Whisky
- 20 ml Michel lemon juice
- 20 ml Morand cane syrup
- 15 ml egg white
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitter
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and set aside.
- Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice cubes and all the ingredients.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes and add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place small piles of grated Parmesan cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Sprinkle with your choice of spices. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool before removing.
