Ingredients (1 glass)

• 5 cl passion fruit liqueur (Passoã)
• 2 cl vodka (Absolut Vodka)
• 2cl lime juice
• 1cl vanilla syrup (Morand)
• 1/2 passion fruit
• 1 shot of champagne (Bernard Remy)

 

Preparation

1. Pour the passion liqueur, vodka, lime juice and vanilla syrup into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake, strain and pour into a Martini glass.
3. Add ½ passion fruit caramelised with brown sugar using a blowtorch.
4. Serve with a shot of champagne on the side.
