Ingredients (1 glass)
- Ice cubes
- 5 cl Nordes Gin Atlantic Galician 40° (40° proof)
- 2 cl lime juice and 1 slice
- 8 cl Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
- 1 sprig of mint leaves
Preparation
- Fill half the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the gin, lime juice and Ginger Beer.
- Stir gently with a spoon.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
