Ingredients (1 glass)
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig peppermint
- 10 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml St Germain elderflower liqueur
- 10 ml Campari
- 20 ml Gordon's Gin
- 90 ml Domaine Bernard Remy Brut Champagne
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients, except the Brut champagne, directly into a glass.
- Stir for a few seconds.
- Add the ice in the glass.
- Add the champagne in the glass.
- Stir gently.
- Arrange the mint leaf at the top of the glass with a slice of grapefruit.
