Spring Fizz

Add a sparkling touch to your evenings with our cocktail of the month, Spring Fizz. This refreshing blend of Lillet Blanc, gin and elderflower brings to mind the flavours of spring. Perfect for sipping on the terrace or as an aperitif with friends!

Ingredients (1 glass)

  • 50 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 30 ml Gin Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla
  • 15 ml Morand elderflower syrup
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling water (to top up)
  • Ice cubes
  • A slice of dried lemon and a sprig of rosemary

 

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add the Lillet Blanc, gin, elderflower syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top up with sparkling water and garnish with dried lemon and rosemary.
