The Fattoria Carpineta Fontalpino, located in Montaperti near Siena, has been owned by the Cresti family since the 1960s. Today, it is run by renowned oenologist Gioia Cresti and her brother Filippo. The domain covers 80 hectares, 28 of which are planted with certified organic vines. Focusing on Sangiovese, the domain also cultivates Bordeaux grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, reinforcing this Tuscan domain's reputation for excellence.

This brilliant carmine-coloured wine delights with its aromas of black cherry, blackberry, strawberry, cocoa and vanilla.  The palate has a juicy roundness and silky tannic structure, followed by notes of red fruit, plum, smoke and mocha to an elegant finish of light tobacco. A beautifully balanced wine from Gioia Cresti.

A wine with a deep ruby colour and purplish tints. Its intense nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruit, sublimated by delicate notes of vanilla, cedar and a touch of humus.  The palate has a velvety texture and supple tannins, giving way to delicious flavours of black cherry, raspberry and chocolate.
